Third Party Administrator and Viatical Settlement Annual Reports

Annual reports for viatical settlement entities and for third party administrators, including pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) Rebate Transparency Reports, are filed using the appropriate module of the Industry Access System System. You may submit renewals of viatical settlement licenses as part of the annual report.
