Risk Purchasing Group Renewal
Risk purchasing groups must file an annual renewal and pay the required fee no later than March 1 of each year. Failure to do so will result in the expiration of the registration of the risk purchasing group on March 1. No provisions are made for late renewals or reinstatements and if the risk purchasing group wishes to continue to be registered, a new application must be filed.
Beginning in 2020, risk purchasing group renewals must be filed electronically using the RPG Renewal Module of the Industry Access System. After submission of the renewal form the user will be provided with an option to pay electronically using an ACH or credit card or printing an invoice to mail in a payment. If the payment is mailed, it must be postmarked no later than March 1 in order to renew the registration.
