Louisiana law requires that the specialty limited lines credit insurance producer must be currently licensed as an insurance producer or limited lines credit insurance producer, including a current appointment. Please note that all insurance written pursuant to a specialty lines credit insurance producer license shall be insured by a domestic insurer or foreign or alien insurer admitted in this state.
