Address Change for Risk Purchasing Group
The Louisiana Department of Insurance tracks four addresses for every risk purchasing group; mailing, books and records, administrative and domicile. For changes involving a change of domicile, please contact the LDI at [email protected]. A risk purchasing group is required to notify the Department of Insurance of the change of any of these addresses within the 15th day of following month.
Changes of address that do not involve a change of domicile can be submitted by electronic means. A risk purchasing group may submit the change of address by logging into the Risk Purchasing Group Update module within the Industry Access Portal on the Louisiana Department of Insurance website and following the instructions.
