List of Louisiana Navigators - Health Navigators were created under the Affordable Care Act to help people get insurance through their state's Health Insurance Exchange. The Navigator’s job is to provide individuals and families with the information necessary to determine which health insurance option best fits their needs and then help them enroll in their plan of choice.

They fulfill that mission by providing for effective health and human services and fostering advances in medicine, public health and social services.
