Procedure Following Election of New Officers and Directors for Foreign and Alien Insurers

Pursuant to La. R.S. 22:340.1, an admitted foreign or alien insurer is required to file biographical affidavits and certain additional information for all newly elected directors and certain officers.  The required information must be submitted no later than sixty days from the election or appointment of the new officer or director. 

A company should use the New Officer/Director module of the Industry Access System to securely submit the required information and affidavit.
