Demographic Hiring Survey

The Louisiana Department of Insurance Division of Diversity and Opportunity is statutorily mandated to assist minorities and women in their efforts to obtain employment in the insurance industry. To assist in this effort, the division conducts a survey of insurance companies to find ways to better assist those seeking employment.
